After a few days of what appeared to be sitting on their hands, the Miami Dolphins came to terms with former Houston Texans wide receiver Will Fuller V. We also hit on the signing of veteran center Matt Skura. Formerly of the Baltimore Ravens, Skura had struggles with the “yips” last season and was therefore able to come to Miami at a bargain.
